and she immediately called the police. The man, identified as one Mr. Kenneth Dwayne Kellmer, has however been released on bail and ordered never to have contact with any dogs or cats after being charged with one count of sexual misconduct for raping the dog.
The judge also ordered Kellmer to be evaluated by a mental health professional. According to the police investigation, a woman told a police officer that when she returned home, she found Kellmer on the floor with the dog on top of him. A judge issued a warrant for his arrest, and he was arrested. If found guilty, Kellmer will have to face 10 years in prison and would be charged about $50,000 fine.
