This election is gradually taking a different turn. We just came about this photo on Twitter being shared around that the guy proposed to the object of his desire at their polling unit this morning. Shouldn't this be termed as an electoral offense, considering that the lovers must have distracted other voters from exercising their civic responsibilities? Just saying...Lol!
