NAF chopper crash: One more body recovered

…As military declares third crew member missing in action. The Defence Head­quarters (DHQ), yesterday said it has recovered another body of three of the occu­pants of the ill-fated Nige­rian Air Force helicopter that crashed in Bama, Bor­no State, on Monday. The body of the latest de­ceased was said to have been recovered from the crash site. It has, however, declared the remaining occupant, who was a technician and the third member of the crew, as Missing In Action (MIA). A statement by the Direc­tor, Defence Information, Chris Olukolade, while noting that members of the search and rescue team were still searching the scene of the accident to recover the missing crew member, said: “Only one body has so far been recovered from the site of the crashed Air Force he­licopter. “The body of the techni­cian, who is the third mem­ber of the crew, is yet to be located. He is therefore de­clared missing in action un­til found.”
